I create property flyers, postcards, email campaigns, business cards, magazine ads, and even entire websites. I started working with real estate agents early last year, but have been an avid Adobe Photoshop user for about 10 years. I consider my designs conservative, meaning they are generally elegant and clean.

Graphic design used to be considered expensive and only utilized by large companies with marketing budgets. Times have changed. The internet has driven down print costs and print/web designers abound!
I’ve followed the real estate industry closely for the last year-and-a-half. Analyzing and studying design trends and the market itself. What have I come to learn? The real estate market is saturated with agents, creating fierce competition, cut-throat tactics, and most importantly, a low-price market for real estate marketing goods. The trouble with most of these companies is they provided a canned-ham, cookie cutter approach. Sure you get a great price, but so do the other 2,000 agents in your area. All of sudden, your fancy website has been duplicated a thousand times over and your just like the rest of the sheep.
